JOB DESCRIPTION :Urgent Openings for Customer Care Officer in Showroom
Gender : Male/ Female
Qualification : Any degree/ 12th ( 12th allowed only if experienced )
( PG/ ITI not required)
Age Limit : 20-27 yrs.
Shift : Day shift.
Working hours : Female (10 hours)
Male (12 hours)
Salary : 80,000 to 1,00,000 PA.
Job location : Chennai (near by branch for the candidate)
(Interview is conducted only in Gopalapuram branch)
Skills : Average Communication in English,
Fluency in tamil is optional.

Only freshers are preferable
In case of candidates with 3 yr degree( Pass/ fail) can also apply

Job Title : Telemarketing Supervisor
Function: Marketing

Reports to : Marketing Manager
Location :Chennai

Job Purpose: To increase the collection percentage of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruit telemarketing executives and handle them
B. Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis
C. Maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
D. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Branch Manager.

G. Candidate Profile

Graduate in the relevant field with the minimum experience of four to Five years in Telemarketing or Telesales

H. Desired Industry

Industrial, Hospitality, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products etc.

Salary: Fresher – 8,500+ Incentives, Experience – Based on past or current salary.
